In 2023, UK Launchpad sourced, validated and shortlisted a selection of innovative scale-up companies, all of whom have a demonstrable track record of helping retailers and brands tackle their top challenges.
As part of the process, the shortlisted scale-ups were put through their paces by our panel of Innovation Judges (Geri Hebberd, Asda; Darryl Beckford, John Lewis Partnership; Stuart Ramage, Marks & Spencer; Jessica Bartlett, New Balance; and Paul Sims, Primark) and have the opportunity to respond to innovation use cases from our panel.
On-the-day, attendees heard all of the shortlisted scale-ups deliver a three-minute pitch on the Innovation Stage, outlining: their product’s superpower and the number one challenge they’re helping retailers and brands to solve.
Then, audience members voted on who they believe had the most innovative solution, huge congratulations to this year’s winner, Slip!!!
