Use this checklist to make sure you’re fully prepped and ready to shine.
Before the event
- As soon as possible fill out your partner profile form. Please ensure this is done before your on boarding call so we can run through
- Share your logo and brand assets (if not already supplied)
- Please submit your attendee passes and staff names via email to alethea@thehive-network.com
- Book any additional furniture, power, or AV requirements
- Share any dietary requirements for your team
- Schedule your social posts using the Partner Marketing Kit
Closer to the event
- Finalise arrival and set-up times
- Confirm shipping details for stand materials or swag
- Brief your on-site team on objectives and talking points
On the day
- Arrive within your allocated set-up window
- Check in with the Partnership team
- Capture content: photos, videos, and social moments
- Network, connect, and enjoy the day!
