Once you reach the Novotel, follow the RetailJam signs down to the entrance. Security will greet you at the gate where you need to show your parking pass, if you’re driving (This can be found on the RetailJam app).

By Car:

• Ensure you have your RetailJam entry pass ready printed and displayed on your dashboard or shown digitally via the RetailJam app.
• Knebworth Barns can be accessed directly from the Junction 7 roundabout of the A1(M) motorway at Stevenage South. There are signs on both carriageways of the motorway.
• If using Sat Nav input the postcode SG1 2AX for Knebworth Barns (Don’t use the Knebworth House postcode)
• Once on the grounds, follow the signage towards the Barns
• There is plenty of complimentary parking, including disabled parking outside of Knebworth Barns

By Train:

• The nearest rail station is Stevenage with non-stop services from London St Pancras  in 30 minutes or under
  • There are also frequent Inter-City connections from Cambridge, York, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow

By Air:

Luton Airport – 11 miles
Stansted Airport – 28 miles
Heathrow Airport – 41 miles
London City Airport – 48 miles

Please dress casually and appropriately for the weather, remember we are an outdoor event! The surface across Knebworth can be uneven so we recommend flat, comfortable shoes.

Much of the ingredients used in the Barns kitchens are grown onsite, or made up of fresh, seasonal produce

General waste is sorted at an external recycling facility. Garden waste is used for walkways, decoration, wildlife homes and compost – eliminating the need for chemical fertilizers and reducing pesticide use. 

There are multiple electric vehicle charging points nearby including a GRIDSERVE Charging Station located just outside the grounds

• RetailJam will be hosted partially outdoors across flat grass, paved and gravel surfaces
• Knebworth Barns has step-free access
• Working assistance dogs may be taken into all areas
• Disabled parking is available in the main Knebworth Barns car park
